Why data is used and on what basis

• Bookings. When you choose Book now, the booking form and the payment run on FareHarbor. We use the booking details to provide the tour you booked. Legal basis: the contract you ask for.
• WhatsApp. When you message us on WhatsApp, we use your number and your messages to answer you and to organise your tour. Legal basis: your consent when you contact us, and the contract when the message relates to a booking.
• Replies and contact. When you email or call us, we use your details to reply to your request. Legal basis: your consent when you contact us, and the contract when the request relates to a booking.
• Analytics. No analytics tool is currently installed on the site. If one is added in future, it will only run after you give consent via the cookie banner. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from Cookie settings in the footer.

Fonts

The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com) and Fontshare (api.fontshare.com). These providers receive your IP address so that the font files can be delivered. They are not used for advertising.

What you have to provide

You can browse the site without an account and without filling in a form. This site has no contact form. If you write, call or open WhatsApp, you choose what to send. If you book, FareHarbor asks for the details that booking needs.

Who receives it

We do not sell personal data. FareHarbor receives the data you enter in a booking, because it manages the booking and the payment. No analytics tool is currently installed, so no analytics provider receives data from this site today. Google Fonts and Fontshare receive the technical request for the fonts.

Transfers outside the EEA

FareHarbor may process booking data outside the European Economic Area under its own terms and privacy policy. No analytics tool is currently installed; if one is added later, it will only run after you give consent.

How long it is kept

Booking data is kept for as long as needed to manage the booking and then for the periods required by tax and accounting obligations. Messages are kept only as long as needed to answer you and to manage the related booking. The cookie that stores your choice lasts 12 months.

Your rights
