Es Vedrà by boat from Ibiza
Es Vedrà is the rock on the southwest coast. You see it properly from the water, on a private boat, not on the sail to Formentera.

The rock, seen from the right side
Es Vedrà is the sharp island off Ibiza’s southwest corner. From a road viewpoint it is a silhouette. From the boat it has height, colour and water at its foot. Atlantis, the ruined steps in the cliff nearby, sits on the same piece of coast.
This is not a stop on the Formentera day tour. That sail goes east, across the channel, to Espalmador and Ses Illetes. Es Vedrà is the other day.
Why it is a private route
The private boat leaves from Ibiza or Formentera and runs for seven or eight hours, for up to eleven guests. On the Ibiza route the day follows the southwest coast: Es Vedrà and Atlantis, with time to swim where the water allows.
You are not sharing the deck. The timing is yours, within the hours you booked. Snorkel gear, a paddleboard, the dinghy, snacks and drinks are on board, same as the day tour.
When to pick it
Pick Es Vedrà if the group wants cliffs and open coast more than a sandbar, or if you have already done Ses Illetes. Pick Formentera if the white beaches are the reason you came.
The private boat starts from €750, for the boat, not per person. The rate moves with the season. Book the date and the price is the one on the booking page.
