The shared day
The small-group Formentera day tour is the fixed route. Departure from Ibiza, about seven hours, Espalmador and Ses Illetes, maximum eight guests. The starting rate is €112 per person. It is the right boat if you are a couple or a few friends and you want those two beaches without paying for the whole deck.
You still get the snorkel set, the paddleboard, the dinghy, snacks and drinks. The day has a shape. You are not voting on the route at breakfast.
The private boat
A private charter is the same 14-metre sailboat, only for your group, from €750 for the boat. Up to eleven guests. Seven or eight hours. You choose: the Formentera route, with Espalmador, Ses Illetes and the white beaches, or the southwest coast of Ibiza, with Es Vedrà and Atlantis.
Departure can be from Ibiza or from Formentera. That is the difference that matters if your hotel is already on the smaller island, or if you want Es Vedrà instead of the sandbars.
How to choose
Choose the day tour for Ses Illetes and Espalmador at the shared rate. Choose the private boat if the group is bigger than eight, if you want the boat to yourselves, or if the day should be Es Vedrà.
Both are seasonal starting rates. The booking page confirms the price for your date. If you are between the two, look at the headcount first. The route is the second question.
